# Installation

* You will need to make sure you have the latest version of all the required [dependencies ](/bedwars-cosmetics/dependencies.md)and a [supported bedwars plugin](/bedwars-cosmetics/dependencies.md#supported-bedwars-plugins)
* Place the cosmetics jar into your server's plugin folder.
* Start your Minecraft server
* Your Minecraft server will restart automatically on first install of this addon, do not worry about it.
* You will need to set up the plugin to make sure everything works, you can find a guide to it [here](/bedwars-cosmetics/setup.md)
